A complete, custom-built site with a professional photo shoot of your real space and people — designed, built, and launched. You own all of it: your domain in your name, your files, no lock-in.

Your exact price depends on how many pages you need and any special features — things like online booking, an events calendar, or online giving. We figure that out with you first, then give you one fixed quote before any work starts. A bigger site costs more, but you'll always know the full price up front — never an hourly surprise.

Because your site is custom-built (not a builder you log into), changes go through us — and we always tell you the price before we start. Pick whichever fits:

Pay as you go

Small updates — from $79. New hours, a photo swap, an event, a text tweak, a fixed link.
Bigger changes — quoted first, typically $150–$500. A new page or section, a new feature (form, map, gallery, online giving), or a redesign. We scope it and give you the exact number before any work — you decide, no surprises.

(Full redesigns and online stores are larger projects, quoted separately.)

A monthly care plan

If you'd rather it stay current and handled, with a real person to call. Cancel anytime, no contract. The care plan makes the work disappear.

Light · ~$79/mo — occasional updates (about a couple a month), hosting & domain managed, security, you on call. If you'll change things even about monthly, this costs roughly what pay-as-you-go would — but it's handled.
Plus · ~$129–$149/mo — regular updates + Google Business Profile & local-search upkeep + a quarterly photo refresh.
Full · ~$249–$349/mo — frequent updates + ongoing writing (newsletters, posts) + priority turnaround.

(A care plan keeps your existing site current. Brand-new pages or features are still quoted separately — plan clients get priority.)

Is a monthly plan required?

No. You pay once to build your site, and it's yours. After that you can simply pay per change when you need us, or choose a monthly care plan if you'd rather it kept current and handled. Your call.

What do bigger changes usually cost?

We always quote the exact price before any work, but to give you an idea: a new page typically runs ~$150–$400, a new feature (form, map, gallery, online giving) ~$200–$500, and a redesign of a page ~$250–$600. A full multi-page redesign or an online store is a larger project we'd quote on its own. You approve the number before we start — never a surprise.

You could, and if you'll build it and keep it current yourself, you honestly should. What you're paying us for is the build done right — custom, with professional photos of your real place — plus being here when you need a change. You own the result, and there's no required subscription.

What will a new website actually do — and not do?

A website won't magically flood you with new customers — anyone who promises that is selling you something. But here's what it does, and it matters more than most people realize: when someone is deciding whether to trust you, your website is the first place they look. A clean, professional, well-built site quietly tells them you're real, reliable, and worth reaching out to — and they're far more likely to take the next step. Flip it around: when you're choosing a business and their site looks dated or thrown together, it plants a seed of doubt, even if their work is excellent. There's a reason established businesses invest in looking sharp online — the first impression is the one that sticks. We can't promise a flood of new people; we can make sure the ones who do find you have every reason to trust you instead of clicking away. Small updates are from $79; bigger changes are quoted first (see the ballparks above). Or, on a care plan, your updates are handled for a flat monthly price — just tell us what you need.

Do we own our site and domain?

Yes, completely. You bought it; it's yours — domain in your name, your files. No lock-in.

What if we're on a plan and want to stop?

Cancel anytime. You keep everything — your domain and files are already yours.

How long does it take?

Most sites launch in a few weeks, depending on how fast we gather content and schedule the shoot.
