LESS BUSYWORK.
MORE POSSIBILITY.

The quote you build every week. The paperwork you chase. The report that takes all morning. Let’s turn it into one small tool built for how you work.

FIXED-PRICE TOOLSFrom $299A written scope. A fixed quote. Yours to keep.

One job.
Done really well.

01 /

Quote calculators

Your rates, rules, and options turned into an accurate, branded estimate. No more rebuilding the spreadsheet.

02 /

Intake & document portals

One place for clients to submit details and upload documents, with reminders for what’s still missing.

03 /

Document generators

Forms, letters, invoices, or proposals assembled from information you already have.

04 /

Weekly briefings

The numbers you check every week, pulled into a useful summary of jobs, appointments, balances, or status.

05 /

Approval workflows

Requests, expenses, and sign-offs routed and logged, instead of buried in messages.

06 /

Dashboards & trackers

A clear view of the handful of numbers your team actually needs. Available on your phone, tablet, or computer.

From recurring task
to finished tool.

01 /

Find the real problem.

A free scoping conversation to understand your workflow, and whether custom software is the right answer.

02 /

Agree on the scope.

What the tool will do, what it won’t, and one fixed quote. You know the price before we start.

03 /

Build around your rules.

Your inputs, your branding, your way of working. Most focused tools take days to a couple of weeks.

04 /

Prove it works.

I test against real examples, such as your last ten quotes, until the results match what you expect.

05 /

Put it to work.

Your tool goes live at its own web address. One build works on your existing devices, with nothing to download.

06 /

Stay supported.

A 60-day fix-it warranty comes with every build. An optional care plan handles ongoing changes.

Small scope.
Clear pricing.

Simpler tools cost less. Tools that connect to other systems cost more. Every project is quoted after a free scoping conversation: one fixed price instead of a monthly subscription or an hourly bill. A tool that saves you an afternoon a week pays for itself fast.

Try a small tool that
does one job well.

A custom calculator applies your own prices and rules, so every estimate follows the same logic. Try this simple equipment-rental example: change the quantities and see exactly how the total adds up.

Interactive demonstration. Fictional prices; no booking or purchase.

A calculator for your business: $299

My simple-tool scope covers one clear purpose, your rules and branding, a layout for phones and computers, testing against your numbers, and a 60-day fix-it warranty. We agree on the written scope before work begins. Additional features, such as logins, saved quotes, or connections to other systems, are quoted separately.

Clear about
what I take on.

I build focused tools for small teams. If an existing product already solves your problem, I’ll point you to it.

Every project gets a written scope and a practical test that shows the tool does what I promised.

OUTSIDE MY SCOPE
  • Medical and health-record systems
  • Payroll tax processing
  • Large applications for thousands of users
  • Copies of off-the-shelf tools you should simply buy
FOUNDING BUILDS

Help shape the first projects.

I’m building this service’s portfolio. A few early projects may qualify for a reduced rate, or a free build for a church we already know, in exchange for a testimonial and permission to feature the work.

Ask about a founding build ↗

Before we build.

Do I own the tool?
Yes. It lives at its own web address and is yours for the one-time fee. There is no monthly charge unless you choose ongoing support.
Is it an app from an app store?
It’s a web app. Open it on your phone, tablet, or computer, and add it to your home screen if you like. Updates are available without a new download.
What if I want more features later?
I quote those separately after the first version is working for you. Keeping the initial scope focused is what makes the first build practical.
How do I know it will work?
We agree on a test using real examples from your work, then I demonstrate the results before the final payment.

What’s the task
you want off your plate?

Tell me what you're working on.
We'll figure out the next step together.

POWERFUL TOOLS. PRACTICAL JUDGMENT.

AI can sound certain.
Even when it’s wrong.

AI can offer a polished, confident explanation built on a wrong assumption. If you don’t know what to question, that mistake can become the foundation of your project.

I use AI too. The value I bring is the judgment to challenge a recommendation, understand your situation, and check the work before asking you to rely on it.

  1. Experience behind the questions.

My work in church administration and technology shapes how I approach your project: who will use it, what could go wrong, and whether it makes everyday work easier.

  2. Direction before speed.

Even powerful AI with research tools can miss context or get things wrong. I work with you to check assumptions and choose an approach that fits your needs, budget, and workflow.

  3. Evidence before confidence.

A quote tool can look finished and still calculate the wrong price. I test custom software against real examples with agreed expected results. I question my own assumptions, too.

You’re hiring me to question the answers, steer the project, and take responsibility for the work we agree to deliver.
