Last updated: October 27, 2026.

These terms are between your church and Hineni Group Digital LLC ("Hineni," "we," "us"), Tallahassee, Florida. The person who starts the trial or subscription should be authorized to do so for the church. Questions are always welcome at [email protected].

At a glance

  • One plan per church: US$29 a month, or US$290 billed once a year, plus applicable tax. No per-person or per-reviewer fee.
  • Free trial: 30 days, no card required. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.
  • First-payment refund: a full refund of your church's first subscription payment if you ask within 30 days of it.
  • Cancel anytime: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
  • Missed renewal payment: up to 14 days of grace, then new work pauses while your records stay readable.

1. The plan and price

Hineni Office is one subscription for your church: US$29 per month, or US$290 billed once a year. There is no per-person or per-reviewer fee. Hineni Office is initially offered to churches in the United States.

Prices do not include tax. Any tax collected is based on your church's service address and is shown before you pay.

2. The free trial

Each church gets one 30-day free trial. No card is required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. Signing in again, inviting people, or retrying a payment does not restart it.

3. Subscribing and renewal

  • When the trial ends, your church's owner can choose to subscribe, monthly or yearly, through Stripe's checkout. The price, any tax, and the billing period are shown before you pay.
  • Paid access begins once the successful payment is confirmed.
  • After you subscribe, the subscription renews automatically, charging the saved payment method at the start of each new month or year until it is cancelled.
  • From the app's billing settings, the owner can update the payment method, see invoices, and cancel. To switch between monthly and yearly billing, email us.

4. First-payment refund

If you ask within 30 days of your church's first successful subscription payment, monthly or yearly, we will refund that payment in full. To ask, email [email protected].

  • This applies once per church, and only to the first subscription payment. Renewal payments are not routinely refunded.
  • The date of your request decides eligibility. Processing can finish after the 30 days.
  • It is a full refund of that payment. It is not reduced for unused time, and payment processing fees are not deducted.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method. When the money arrives depends on the payment providers involved; refunds are not automatic or instant.
  • Once the refund is confirmed, future renewals stop and the access that payment covered ends. Any other valid paid coverage is still honored. Authorized reading, printing and permitted exports remain available while the account is open.
  • Cancelling does not by itself request a refund.

If you think you were billed in error, or Hineni Office had a serious service failure, email us and we will review it.

5. Cancelling

The owner can cancel at any time from the app's billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: your church keeps full use until then. Your subscription will not renew. Cancellation does not erase a previously unpaid invoice. You can undo a cancellation before that period ends.

Cancelling does not close your church's account or delete its records. See the Hineni Office privacy notice for closure and deletion requests.

6. If a renewal payment fails

If a renewal payment for a subscription that was paid before is past due, your church has up to 14 days of grace from the unpaid renewal date, with full use, while the renewal remains past due. Payment retries do not extend this time, and cancellation or a final unpaid status can end it sooner. Any other valid paid coverage is still honored.

7. When coverage ends

When a trial, paid period, or grace period ends without continuing coverage, ordinary new work pauses. Authorized people can still sign in to read, print and use permitted exports, and can still reach the billing and security settings needed to pay or keep the account secure.

8. What Hineni Office is, and isn't

Hineni Office is an administrative tool that helps your church prepare, organize and keep records.

  • Board packets are drafts for your board's review. Preparing or printing one does not approve or adopt anything.
  • Hiring and onboarding worksheets are draft starting points that need review against your church's own policies. They are not official legal or government forms.
  • Hineni Office does not run payroll, file taxes, order background checks, connect to your bank or move money, or guarantee legal or accounting compliance.
  • It works alongside your staff, board, treasurer, accountant and other advisors; it does not replace them.
  • Hosted file uploads and full backup downloads are not available.

Your church remains responsible for its decisions and approvals, and for what it enters.

9. Your church's information

How we handle information in Hineni Office is described in the Hineni Office privacy notice.
